About Me:

• Dr. Melanie Chan completed her residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in NYC. She is certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After graduation, she practiced at a psychiatric clinic in an NYC community hospital and in a medical clinic as a collaborating consultant.
• She has taught medical students, residents and psychology interns as an Assistant Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
• She now practices general adult psychiatry in Ontario in an out-patient setting. She has a particular interest in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder.
